By partnering across architecture, engineering, service design, and operations teams, you will help ensure that solutions are not only strategically well-designed, but also automated where possible, integrated across platforms, and ready for successful transition into business-as-usual operations.\nYour impact will be measured by the quality of solution design contributions, the effectiveness of automation and integration outcomes, and the smoothness of end-to-end transition from concept and service design through steady-state service operation.\nWhat you’ll do\nContribute to architecture platform design activities by translating business, operational, and technical requirements into scalable client services solution designs.\nServe as a subject matter expert in engineering, automation, and integration, helping define practical implementation patterns that improve quality, consistency, and operational readiness.\nPartner with service design, global service desk, platform operations, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed with supportability, maintainability, and lifecycle ownership in mind.\nDrive and coordinate end-to-end transition activities from approved design through implementation, operational readiness, hypercare, and transition to BAU.Help define technical standards, reference patterns, integration points, and guardrails that improve repeatability and reduce design-to-operation friction.\nSupport engineering execution across endpoint, platform, automation, and service integration workstreams, ensuring solutions align with approved architecture and operating model expectations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve automation, eliminate manual operational overhead, and increase service reliability through better tooling, orchestration, and integration.\nFacilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including architecture, engineering, operations, service owners, and business partners.\nEnsure solution documentation, transition artifacts, support models, and operational acceptance criteria are complete and fit for production handoff.\nAssess delivery and transition risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues that could impact service readiness, user experience, or operational stability.\nContribute to continuous improvement of service design, engineering, and transition practices across the Architecture and Engineering function.\nWho we’re looking for\nWe are looking for a technically strong and execution-oriented leader who can operate effectively between architecture and operations.
