Your work will influence manufacturing capacity, labor productivity, factory layout strategy, operational visibility, and key business decisions.\nWhat you’ll do\nAnalyze manufacturing data to identify trends, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.\nCreate dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that support operational decision-making.\nDevelop and support Power BI dashboards, workspaces, and reporting solutions.\nDevelop and maintain capacity models, labor analyses, forecasts, and reporting tools.\nDevelop and maintain factory layout solutions that support manufacturing flow, capacity, space utilization, densification efforts, and operational efficiency.\nAggregate, cleanse, and validate data from manufacturing systems and databases.\nSupport labor standards development, productivity improvement, and capacity planning activities.\nSupport new product introductions, product transitions, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.\nPartner with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts.\nCommunicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.\nWho we’re looking for\nWe are looking for a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working with data, understands manufacturing operations, and is passionate about continuous improvement. The ideal candidate can translate complex data into actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain with 5 year’s related experience; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with manufacturing data and operational metrics.\nExperience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with Python or analytics automation toolls; experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data analytics platforms.\nExperience administering and supporting Power BI workspaces and reporting environments.\nExperience with capacity planning, labor analysis, forecasting, and resource modeling.\nExperience with factory layout planning, space utilization, densification efforts, and AutoCAD.\nExperience in semiconductor or other high-tech manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience supporting cross-functional or global teams.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
