Through global collaboration, facilitation expertise, and disciplined program leadership, you will help transform critical knowledge into repeatable organizational capability.\nWhat you’ll do\nWorkforce Enablement Leadership\nDesign and scale GP&O's Train-the-Trainer ecosystem.\nEstablish facilitator certification standards, coaching processes, and quality expectations.\nBuild and sustain a distributed facilitator network across regions and functions.\nGlobal Learning Delivery\nFacilitate onboarding, Business Fundamentals, leadership, and capability-development programs.\nLead deployment planning, readiness activities, pilot programs, and continuous improvement efforts.\nCapability Adoption\nPartner with functional leaders, SMEs, Role Communities, and Site Representatives to accelerate knowledge transfer and workforce readiness.\nMeasure learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.\nProgram Leadership\nLead large-scale cross-functional enablement initiatives and influence stakeholders globally.\nDevelop executive-ready recommendations, reports, and deployment strategies.\nWho we’re looking for\n7+ years of program management, enablement, learning, operations, or organizational development experience.\nExceptional facilitation and presentation skills.\nExperience coaching instructors, facilitators, or leaders.\nProven ability to lead global programs and influence across organizations.\nStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change capabilities.\nExperience developing scalable enablement programs is highly desirable\nPreferred qualifications\nSemiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
