This role focuses on implementing Lean principles & tools, optimizing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.\nWhat you’ll do\nLean Implementation\nApply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping to improve manufacturing processes\nSupport workstation standardization and layout optimization\nAssist in developing visual management systems and performance tracking dashboards\nDrive operational excellence in Manufacturing through Shingo Model implementation\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify areas of waste and inefficiency and propose actionable solutions\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process changes\nLead and promote kaizen culture \nTraining & Support\nProvide Lean training to operators and team leads\nFacilitate improvement workshops and Gemba walks\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement across the site\nData & Quality Collaboration\nSupport data collection and analysis using tools like SAP and MES\nWork with Quality teams to monitor defect trends and support improvement initiatives\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business\n5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations preferably in the semiconductor industry\nBasic proficiency in SAP, MES, or similar systems\nStrong communication and team collaboration skills\nFamiliarity with Lean tools, Lean management systems, and methodologies\nPreferred qualifications\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience preferred\nLean Certification\nAutomotive experience or Toyota Production System a plus\nExperience in Shingo Model assessment and implementation in the Manufacturing environment\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
