In this role, you will represent Global Manufacturing Academy as you work with manufacturing sites to drive strategic alignment and adoption of global processes and programs through active partnership with local factory training teams and leaders. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Global Manufacturing Academy.\nThe successful candidate is an experienced learning professional who is familiar with the development and sustainment of technical training, onboarding, upskilling, and front-line leadership development programs. In addition, candidates must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, have a passion for learning, and be committed to developing programs that support the success of employees within the Manufacturing Academy scope.\nWhat you’ll do\nAct as a strategic partner with factory site training leadership and partner groups to ensure learning solutions are in alignment with organizational priorities and support global training objectives.\nManage projects and programs to drive adoption of global training standards, processes, KPIs, and records management strategy across factory sites.\nGather feedback on effectiveness of global and local programs for future improvements to content and accompanying materials from sites that are executing globally owned programs.\nMonitor program effectiveness and deliver learning analytics to demonstrate ROI to site and Manufacturing Academy and site-level leaders.\nAdminister request intake and learning project portfolio processes and assess for improvement opportunities.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree or minimum of 6 years of equivalent learning and development experience in learning and development roles with increasing responsibility.\nInstructional design experience with deep understanding of learning and development principles and methodologies.\nCapable of inspiring trust and confidence through effective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.\nAbility to respond quickly to changes and urgent requests and to adjust approaches to align with business needs.\nExceptional organization skills and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, partner with other groups and meet program objectives.\nAbility to read, write, and converse fluently in English.\nMust be willing and able to travel up to 10% (includes domestic and international).\nPreferred qualifications\nAdditional skills and experience beneficial for this role include experience supporting manufacturing environments, the semiconductor industry, knowledge of SAP or other production systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and LMS programs such as Cornerstone on Demand. \nThis posting is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities but constitutes a general definition of the scope and function of the position.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
