The role manages the site learning portfolio, partners with leaders and HR stakeholders, and designs, facilitates, and improves learning experiences that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and time-to-productivity.\nWhat you’ll do\n1. Site Learning Strategy & Needs Diagnosis\nUnderstand LMM KM business priorities, workforce changes, capability gaps, and learning needs. \nPartner with leaders, HRBPs, managers, and stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and determine suitable learning solutions. \nTranslate needs into a prioritized site learning roadmap aligned to business and talent priorities. \n2. Learning Portfolio & Program Management\nManage site learning initiatives from discovery and design through delivery, evaluation, and improvement. \nSet clear objectives, milestones, roles, risks, communications, and resource needs. \nCoordinate delivery with internal partners, facilitators, vendors, and regional or global teams. \nTrack portfolio health, participation, learner experience, risks, and impact; share concise updates and recommendations. \n3. Stakeholder Partnership & Engagement\nServe as a trusted advisor and primary contact for site learning priorities and solutions. \nBuild strong partnerships with leaders, HR, functions, SMEs, and external partners. \nAlign stakeholders on sponsorship, decisions, manager involvement, and post-learning application. \n4. Learning Design & Experience Development\nDesign practical learning solutions such as workshops, learning journeys, toolkits, guides, job aids, and blended experiences. \nApply adult learning, instructional design, inclusion, accessibility, and behavior-change principles. \nCurate and adapt enterprise, regional, local, and external content for site needs. \n5. Facilitation & Learning Enablement\nFacilitate classroom, virtual, and blended sessions for employees and leaders. \nCreate inclusive, application-focused learning environments that encourage participation and practice. \nEnable facilitators, leaders, and SMEs through briefings, materials, train-the-trainer support, and delivery guidance. \n6. New Employee Onboarding & Integration\nOwn and improve the site New Employee Onboarding (NEO) and integration experience. \nPartner with HR, hiring managers, site functions, and business teams to align onboarding content, roles, communications, and handoffs. \nDesign integration experiences that build culture, connection, role clarity, site understanding, and faster contribution. \n7. Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement\nDefine success measures for learning initiatives, including learner experience, application, and business-relevant outcomes where feasible. \nAnalyze learning data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, barriers, and improvement opportunities. \nEngage managers and stakeholders to reinforce learning and assess workplace application. \nPrepare clear insights, impact stories, and recommendations to improve the learning portfolio. \n8. Learning Operations, Governance & Standards\nManage learning operations, including scheduling, communications, logistics, vendors, records, LMS administration, and budget tracking. \nMaintain documentation, data, and controls aligned with enterprise, local, quality, and audit requirements. \nSimplify, standardize, automate, or scale learning processes while preserving business relevance. \nWho we’re looking for\nLearning needs analysis and performance consulting \nStakeholder engagement and influencing in a matrixed environment \nAdult learning and instructional design \nConfident facilitation across classroom, virtual, and blended formats \nProgram and project management with strong execution discipline \nOnboarding, integration, and employee experience design \nClear written, verbal, and executive-level communication \nLearning evaluation and data-informed improvement \nChange enablement, collaboration, and vendor partnership \nPreferred qualifications\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in L&D, OD, Talent Development, HR, or related fields. \nExperience diagnosing needs and designing, facilitating, and managing learning solutions end-to-end. \nExperience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed or multi-site environments. \nExperience with onboarding, integration, learning measurement, operations, and platforms. \nBachelor's degree in HR, Learning, OD, Business, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
