Your swift action in responding to situations is critical in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam’s valued customers.\nWhat you’ll do\nJob Responsibilities\nProcess/Productivity engineer who will provide technical support to field process engineers, and product support personnel who are troubleshooting thin film deposition chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defect, yield failure issues.\nResponds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems related to process capability gaps.\nReports process related enhancement, continuous design improvements to design engineering.\nSupports business important customer new tool process qualification, training and BKM document creation.\nExpertise in statistical process control data analysis.\nSemiconductor fab experience is preferred.\nTravel up to 15% -20%.\nOther Job Responsibilities\nLeadership.\nActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.\nWorks with cross-functional teams to get information and results needed.\nCustomer Relations.\nUtilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing/ potential customers informed when new/ additional needs are identified.\nActively addresses any potential issues at the customer site and provide alternative solutions.
