Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.\nWhat you’ll do\nUpdate and maintain accurate data in SAP\nGenerate daily production report for management\nCreates build plan based on inputs from S&OP and Sales Ops (weekly MPS)\nUses manufacturing point of manufacturing (POM) limits as well as supply chain capacity limits (slot caps)\nEnsures MPS planning is executable by SPM/MFG\nTakes Master production Schedule (MPS) and creates Module level final assembly plan\nEnsures all LPR records for systems are complete and accurate\nEnsures demand is setup correctly for by plant for each shippable sales order line. \nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.\nFamiliarity with SAP system is preferred\nProject management skill & experience\nProficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and visualization \nIntermediate English (TOEIC+500)，Strong English communication skills for working with global teams \nPreferred qualifications\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies & Professional certifications CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
