You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead manufacturing-related programs and projects to solve complex business problems.\nBuild solutions that will improve manufacturing business processes and support critical business strategies.\nProvide actionable insights for management to influence decision-making through data collection and analysis.\nDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure execution, manage risks, ensure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.\nRun change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience\n2+ years of related experience in project management or program management\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\nAnalytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\nThis is a graduate eligible role.\nPreferred qualifications\nSemiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
