This role represents the internal customer perspective, ensuring alignment across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to meet committed ship dates and drive customer satisfaction.\nYou will operate at the center of cross-functional teams, proactively managing material readiness, resolving shipment risks, and ensuring smooth execution across the system lifecycle.\nWhat you’ll do\nOrder Execution\nLead non-technical project execution from initiation through delivery, representing the internal customer perspective\nDecision owner of the Manufacturing Committed Ship Date (MCSD)\nManage system shipment execution from configuration alignment through final shipment from Lam\nDrive alignment and adherence to milestones through cross-functional engagement:\nLead CFTs across internal groups: Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Product Groups, Sales Operations, Logistics, and Manufacturing, assessing material constraints, production readiness, and shipment risks\nServe as the central coordination point to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to committed delivery timelines\nMaterial & Shipment Risk Management\nAnalyze material shortages, supply positions, and factory readiness to determine risk to committed ship dates\nIdentify gaps in material availability, long-lead components, or build readiness that could impact system completion\nServe as the primary point of contact to communicate shipment status and risks\nApply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to drive resolution\nSupport trade-off decisions that balance customer commitments, factory efficiency, and supply constraints\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or 6+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, order fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics operations\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders\nAnalytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills\nPreferred qualifications\nHigh proficiency in:\nMicrosoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting)\nPowerPoint (executive communication)\nSAP or similar ERP systems\nExperience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of system build processes and factory execution (production control, integration, test)\nFamiliarity with demand/supply planning concepts and tools\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
