This role bridges the gap between technology platforms and business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable digital solutions that support end-to-end planning capabilities. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Supply Chain, GIS, Manufacturing, Spares, Sales Operations, and Finance - to identify process improvement opportunities, define system requirements, support solution implementation, and measure outcomes against transformation goals.\nThe ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, or similar platforms). They thrive in an agile delivery environment and are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlanning Functionality Support\nPartner with planning teams to gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements for digital planning tools and systems. \nSupport configuration, testing, and rollout of planning platform enhancements, including demand, supply, and capacity planning modules. \nDevelop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation to enable adoption of planning capabilities. \nCoordinate with GIS and system integrators to resolve functional gaps and ensure system behavior aligns with business needs. \nMonitor sprint progress, participate in agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives), and track issue resolution. \nBusiness Process Development\nAnalyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and digital improvement opportunities. \nDesign and document future-state process flows and governance frameworks. \nLead or support Business Process Analysis workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process design decisions. \nDevelop change impact assessments and support change management activities, including training material development and delivery. \nEstablish and track KPIs and benefit realization metrics to measure process improvement outcomes. \nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented. \nFacilitate status updates, steering committee presentations, and executive briefings on transformation initiative progress. \nBuild trusted relationships across functional areas including Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations. \nSupport vendor and third-party partner coordination, including review of deliverables and performance against SLAs. \nProject & Program Support\nMaintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status trackers. \nCoordinate cutover, UAT planning, and go-live readiness activities for planning system deployments. \nSupport the development of transformation roadmaps aligned to organizational strategic priorities. \nContribute to lessons-learned documentation and continuous improvement of delivery practices. \nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. \n3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, planning operations, business analysis, or process improvement within a Technology or Supply Chain context. \nHands-on experience with planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Oracle, or equivalent). \nDemonstrated ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. \nExperience supporting or participating in ERP/planning system implementations or upgrades. \nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or similar. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. \nPreferred qualifications\nMaster's degree or MBA with a focus on Operations, Technology, or Strategy. \nCertifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), SAFe Agile, or equivalent. \nExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools. \nFamiliarity with supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory optimization). \nExposure to change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent). \nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
