Your work will help ensure that Quality solutions are practical, scalable, successfully adopted, and aligned with Lam’s Quality Management System and Digital Transformation objectives.\nWhat you’ll do\nQuality Process and Requirements Leadership\nServe as the Business Subject Matter Expert for assigned Quality Management processes.\nEvaluate current-state processes and define standardized, scalable, and compliant future-state workflows.\nGather, document, prioritize, and validate business and functional requirements.\nTranslate Quality business needs into clear requirements for implementation and technology teams.\nEnsure alignment between business requirements, process designs, test scenarios, and delivered solutions.\nSolution Design and Governance\nParticipate in process design, solution design, and fit-to-standard workshops.\nIdentify process gaps, business rules, data requirements, controls, integration points, and cross-functional dependencies.\nReview and approve functional designs, workflows, configurations, reports, and business rules.\nBalance business requirements with standard QMS capabilities to minimize unnecessary customization.\nRepresent Quality in governance forums and support timely, well-informed business decisions.\nEnsure solutions align with Lam’s Quality Management System requirements and Digital Transformation principles.\nTesting and Data Readiness\nOwn or coordinate business testing for assigned Quality processes and capabilities.\nReview and approve test scenarios, scripts, acceptance criteria, and results.\nCoordinate or execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.\nLead business defect identification, prioritization, retesting, and closure.\nSupport data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, and cutover readiness.\nConfirm that Quality processes, solutions, and business data are ready for deployment.\nWhat you'll do (continued)\nChange Management, Training, and Deployment\nServe as a Change Champion for new Quality processes and digital capabilities.\nSupport change-impact assessments, stakeholder communications, and business-readiness activities.\nReview training materials, procedures, work instructions, and job aids for functional accuracy.\nDeliver or support role-based training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.\nParticipate in deployment-readiness reviews, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.\nResolve business-process issues and support users during post-go-live stabilization.\nSupport the transition from project delivery to ongoing operational support.\nCross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and other Digital Transformation workstreams.\nEnsure that Quality processes and data are effectively integrated across relevant enterprise processes and systems.\nGather end-user feedback and identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience.\nSupport future releases, process improvements, and QMS enhancements.\nMeasure user adoption, process performance, data quality, and business outcomes.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.\nRun change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or 8 years of related experience with a Master’s degree; or 5 years of related experience with a PhD; or equivalent experience.\nSix or more years of experience in Quality Management, including hands-on experience with enterprise Quality Management Systems.\nExperience supporting the implementation, enhancement, or deployment of a digital QMS solution.\nDemonstrated knowledge of end-to-end Quality processes, such as Non-Conformance, Corrective and Preventive Action, Supplier Quality, Part Qualification, Design Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Audit,\nCompliance, Document Management, or Training Management.\nExperience defining and validating business requirements and participating in Quality process and solution-design workshops.\nExperience with business testing, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.\nWorking knowledge of Quality Management System principles, closed-loop Quality processes, data integrity, and business controls.\nExperience supporting organizational change, end-user training, deployment, or post-go-live stabilization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic transformation environment.\nPreferred qualifications\nAdvanced experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, or supporting an enterprise digital QMS platform.\nExperience designing and implementing integrated, closed-loop Quality processes across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or comparable Quality Management System standards and regulatory expectations.\nExperience integrating QMS solutions with Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution Systems, data platforms, or other enterprise applications.\nExperience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Opcenter, MES, or PLM solutions is beneficial but not required.\nExperience in the semiconductor, wafer fabrication equipment, high-technology manufacturing, or engineering-driven industry.\nExperience supporting a global, cross-functional Quality or Digital Transformation program.\nMaster’s degree or professional certification in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, change management, or project management.\nMeasures of Success: Business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and translated into effective QMS solutions. Quality processes and digital capabilities are successfully designed, tested, and deployed. Users are trained, prepared, and able to adopt new processes and technologies. Quality data is accurate, validated, and ready for deployment. Go-live issues are resolved promptly, and solutions are successfully stabilized. Implemented capabilities improve Quality visibility, process efficiency, data quality, compliance, and user experience. Enterprise Quality Management System experience is required for this position.
