We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.\nThe impact you’ll make\nAs the Capability Development & Workforce Readiness Program Manager, you will create the capability architecture that enables GP&O employees to develop skills, accelerate readiness, and perform effectively in their roles.\nYou will partner with functional leaders, SMEs, Role Communities, and organizational-development partners to define learning pathways, onboarding frameworks, proficiency models, and capability-development strategies that support GP&O's long-term growth and workforce readiness objectives.\nWhat you’ll do\nCapability Architecture\nDesign role-based learning pathways and workforce-development frameworks.\nDevelop proficiency models, competency structures, and role-readiness standards.\nCreate scalable onboarding and assimilation programs.\nWorkforce Readiness\nTranslate business capability gaps into structured development solutions.\nPartner with SMEs to define requirements and learning objectives.\nCertification & Assessment\nDevelop certification frameworks, measurement approaches, and evidence standards.\nSupport capability maturity assessments and readiness planning.\nGlobal Collaboration\nPartner with the Malaysia and Tualatin roles to connect capability design with adoption and delivery.\nWork closely with organizational-development partners supporting Learn from an Expert and new-hire assimilation initiatives.\n\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in program management, capability development, learning strategy, workforce readiness, organizational development, or operations.\nProven ability to structure ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering capabilities.\nExperience developing frameworks, standards, methodologies, or capability models.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.\nExperience in global organizations and cross-functional environments preferred.\nPreferred qualifications\nSemiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
