Your focus on continuous improvement in the development lifecycle will be pivotal as you own project to optimize and enhance Lam's offerings.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will be owning projects/initiatives to develop, optimize and implement product/process improvement solutions which will aid in design and development of Lam Products.\nThese projects/initiatives would be driven as part of continuous improvement in Product development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with both internal and external cross functional teams for project deliverables and goals, document and report project progress and results, communicate milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.\nAccountable for delivering on time with quality as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as consistent improvement in efficiency.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience\nExperience in driving concurrent engineering projects based on DFX skills.\nExpertise in manufacturing processes and material selection.\nExperience in working collaboratively with Cross functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Electrical/controls engineering and Product safety) to meet project deliverables.\nExperience in OEM Component selection (Mechanical parts).\nDemonstrations of Owning and driving team KPI’s.\nExposure to department engineering process flows & actions to meet the requirements\nKnowledge on 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing using Solid Edge, NX or any CAD software\nPreferred qualifications\nKnowledge on Semiconductor equipment and its Sub Systems.\nExcellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.\nExperience with SAP and Fiori applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
