You will directly contribute to the optimization of Asset Recovery and Spares Inventory Management processes.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild end-to-end solutions that will improve Spares Operations business processes and support critical business strategies.\nUse Program Management tools to guide cross-functional teams in implementing strategic solutions to complex business problems.\nProvide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.\nDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.\nUtilize Program KPIs and robust Root Cause Analysis to drive sustained waste elimination and Process Maturity improvements.\nRun change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\nAdvanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\nKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.\nSemiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\nRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\nStrong background utilizing/configuring SAP is highly desirable.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
