We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry.\nThe impact you’ll make\nThe RF Electrical Engineer designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, hardware systems, and electrical engineering applications. This role determines design approaches and parameters, analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. The engineer selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability, and assesses vendor capability to support product development.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will be primarily responsible for the design/selection, testing, and documentation of RF power delivery systems (100 kHz to 100 MHz; watts to kilowatts).\nYou will perform professional electrical engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of electrical and electro-mechanical systems and subsystems.\nYou will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-electrical, mechanical, software, process, and technical support engineers, as well as suppliers-on the design and modification of custom and OEM embedded system components.\nYou will prepare and analyze test plans and procedures to ensure that technical and operational requirements are met and properly demonstrated.\nYou will collect and analyze pertinent data and materials, and present findings at design, project, and program reviews.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualification:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience; a Master’s degree with 12 years; a PhD with 8+ years; or equivalent experience.\nHands-on experience with complex RF measurement equipment (e.g., power meters and network, impedance, and spectrum analyzers).\nFamiliarity with high-voltage (>1 kV) design rules and practices from DC to 100 MHz.\nOutstanding analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nProficiency with AI tools.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to drive functional requirements and execute effectively in a dynamic team environment.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with PYTHON, MathCAD or MATLAB, SPICE, and electromagnetic modeling and analysis tools (e.g., HFSS, COMSOL, CST Microwave Studio).\nExperience in, or fundamental knowledge of, plasma processing, plasma sources, and plasma loads.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
