We’re are in the semi-conductor industry with worldwide demand for computer chips. Our customer needs are critical so the ideal candidate will need to be willing to roll up their sleeves, efficiently prioritize, and deliver quick results.\nWho we’re looking for\n1-3 years of relevant Instructor Lead Technical Training\nExperience with Manufacturing\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience\nExperience in all Microsoft Applications including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator. \nPreferred qualifications\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.\nDemonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness.\nExperience collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers.\nWillingness to roll up sleeves, tackle diverse and varied problems, and find innovative, scalable solution\nExperience with e-learning tools such as Camtasia 9, Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
