This position partners closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure components and assemblies meet quality, reliability, cost, and delivery expectations. The successful candidate will drive supplier qualification, manufacturing process improvements, quality issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting new product introductions and sustaining production\nWhat you’ll do\nManage supplier quality performance (scorecard) and drive corrective/preventive actions to achieve quality and reliability targets\nResolve supplier quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, DOE, etc.)\nReview engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing processes to assess supplier capability and risk\nPartner with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and manufacturing performance\nLead supplier qualifications, capability assessments, quality system, technical capability and manufacturing process audits\nSupport supplier transitions, component qualifications, engineering changes, and NPI activities.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Service teams to resolve technical and quality challenges\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical disciplines\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Engineering, or related functions\nKnowledge of machining, assembly, metals, coatings, and fabrication processes\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawing and GD&T requirements and assess supplier manufacturing capabilities and process limitations\nKnowledge of structured problem-solving, analytic, project management, communication skills and quality methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, DOE)\nExperience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or precision component manufacturers in a manufacturing environment\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work across cross-functional teams and external suppliers\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal\nPreferred qualifications\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
