You would work with Dassault Systèms' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA, CATIA, and related PLM tools.\nIn this role, you will directly provide technical support, manage deployments, develop customizations, maintain infrastructure and ensure seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise..\nWhat you’ll do\nProvide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA, CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.\nTroubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).\nSupport change management, and BOM management processes.\nDevelop and maintain EKL scripts, VBA macros, CAA customizations, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#).\nManage Multi site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS (Master/Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.\nAdminister user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings using Member Management.\nCollaborate with DS Support/R&D and User teams to raise and follow up on SRs/CRITSITs, test debug kits, and deploy pinpoint fixes.\nCreate and maintain documentation including KT guides, training materials, and best practices.\n\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s Engineering degree\nAtleast 4+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform support, especially with DELMIA and CATIA.\nStrong knowledge of PLM concepts, digital manufacturing, process planning and Work instruction generation.\nProficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automation.\nExperience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migration.\nFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree.\nCertifications in 3DEXPERIENCE (Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, etc.) are a strong plus.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams.\nStrong documentation and training capabilities.\nExperience in customer-facing roles and global project environments.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
