This role will support both graduate mass hiring and experienced hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and the TA team to deliver an effective and positive hiring experience.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced recruiting environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nGraduate / Mass Hiring\nSupport end-to-end graduate and high-volume hiring activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.\nCoordinate large-scale recruiting activities and hiring schedules to ensure smooth execution.\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience.\nSupport recruiting events and other talent attraction activities as needed.\nExperienced Hiring\nManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned experienced-hire positions.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.\nSource and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.\nConduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.\nSupport offer preparation and hiring-related administrative processes.\nTA Operations & Collaboration\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information in recruiting systems.\nTrack hiring progress and provide recruiting updates to relevant stakeholders.\nWork closely with TA team members, HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.\nSupport other TA projects and recruitment initiatives as required.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or HR preferred.\nExperience in graduate/mass hiring and/or experienced recruitment is must.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.\nProficiency in AI tools and MS office.\nPreferred qualifications\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
