This role will serve as the central point of coordination for machine availability metrics, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and cross-functional action planning across a global installed base.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical program management skills with the ability to influence engineering organizations and drive alignment across hardware, process, quality, manufacturing, and field support teams. This position will be responsible for translating performance data into actionable improvement plans that deliver measurable reliability and uptime improvements for customers.\nWhat you’ll do\nMachine Availability & Reliability Leadership\nOwn and drive machine availability and reliability performance across designated product lines.\nDevelop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.\nMonitor uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and reliability trends to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.\nCross-Functional Program Management\nPartner closely with Hardware Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Support, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations.\nDrive cross-functional action plans to address reliability issues impacting customer productivity.\nFacilitate technical reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, schedules, ownership, and execution plans.\nReliability Improvement & Problem Solving\nProvide supporting data to drive structured root cause analysis and corrective action activities.\nIdentify recurring failure mechanisms and coordinate long-term corrective actions with engineering teams.\nInfluence product design, serviceability, maintainability, and operational improvements that positively impact customer uptime.\nCustomer & Executive Engagement\nCommunicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nPrepare and deliver executive-ready presentations summarizing availability performance and key initiatives.\nSupport customer-facing reviews and escalations related to equipment reliability and productivity when required.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.\n12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Reliability Engineering, Product Support, or related fields.\nDemonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience driving programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment.\nKnowledge of equipment reliability, maintainability, and performance improvement methodologies.\nExperience with root cause analysis, corrective action processes, FMEA, 8D, or similar problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience developing data-driven dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, JMP, SQL, or equivalent analytics platforms.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with hardware, process, manufacturing, and customer support engineering teams.\nDesired Experience:\nExperience with WETS, electroplating, electrochemical deposition, or other wet process semiconductor equipment.\nFamiliarity with copper plating and advanced packaging process technologies.\nExperience supporting global semiconductor manufacturing customers.\nBackground in machine availability, field reliability, customer escalations, or installed-base performance improvement programs.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
