Collaborate closely with engineering, subject matter experts, safety and product support engineers to gather and validate technical information.\nDevelop user-focused content including installation guides, safety and troubleshooting procedures, operation manuals, service documentation, and knowledge base articles.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.\nEnsure documentation accuracy, consistency, usability, and compliance with company standards.\nManage documentation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring content remains current and aligned with product changes.\nSupport structured authoring, content reuse, and documentation best practices to improve efficiency and content quality.\nSupport continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and tools.\nLeverage modern documentation technologies, including content management systems and AI-assisted authoring tools, to enhance productivity and content quality.\nParticipate in design reviews, product development discussions, and change management activities to proactively identify documentation requirements.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience\n\nA strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nSomeone who enjoys working cross-functionally and building relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA self-motivated professional capable of organizing and managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously.\n\nA detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy, consistency, and user experience.\n\nA problem solver who can quickly understand complex technical topics and transform them into effective documentation.\n\nA collaborative team player who can influence stakeholders and drive documentation excellence across the organization.\n\nA continuous learner who embraces new technologies, processes, and tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n4+ years of experience with semiconductor equipment and semiconductor industry\nexperience in technical writing, content development, or a related documentation role.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, software workflows, or engineering documentation.\nExperience working with and documenting complex hardware, software, manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, or engineering systems.\nKnowledge of industry standards, quality systems, and documentation compliance requirements is a plus.\nStrong understanding of technical documentation principles, information architecture, and content lifecycle management.\nFamiliarity with version control systems and engineering change management processes.\nExperience using AI-assisted content creation and documentation tools.\nExperience in a global, multicultural environment with geographically distributed teams is preferred.\nWhat We're Offering\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group E or G depending on educational background and experience.
