Primary focus will be US locations, potential future responsibility in other regions.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will manage the real estate portfolio and understand its key data (market, size, owner, expiration date, etc.) to maintain and respond to Business Units’ and GWS Occupancy & Planning’s forecasted real estate demand.\nYou will use data, insights, and strong problem-solving skills to present multiple scenarios to the team with anunderstanding of commitment toquality, cost, schedule, and flexibility to ensurewe optimize decision making.\nYou will oversee site due diligence and work with our cross-functional partners like GWS Space Planning, Project Management and Facilities teams, Legal, Finance, Risk, EHS- and external consultants, such as real estate brokers,to further qualify candidate locations and advise /build alignment from key stakeholders to ensure strategic and best plans.\nCultivate a collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment that fosters both consistent best practices and creative solutions. \nYou will help develop, drive, and monitor the success of allUSreal estate decisions. \nOccasional business travel required.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.\n5 - 10 years of experience in real estate planning or business strategy using data to drive business decisions.\nExperience collaborating with, presenting to, and influencing executive leaders on planning solutions.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in developing long-term real estate solutions across diverse stakeholder groups. \nExperience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable processes across various engagement types/with different collaborators.\nData analysis/data management experience with the ability to work with a variety of metrics, numbers, and informationfrom multiple sources, so outputscanhelp guide unbiased solutions.\nAbility to collaborate and drive cross-functional engagement and respect while influencing to build consensus across teams with sometimes competing priorities.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
