In this role, you’ll develop clear, engaging content; strengthen our corporate social media and internal channels; monitor news and industry trends; support media outreach; and coordinate company events. This is an opportunity for a strong writer and collaborative project manager to make an impact while gaining broad experience across corporate communications.Job Description\nContent Creation & Writing\nDraft engaging content for internal platforms, including the intranet and employee newsletters.\nWrite and edit social media posts for corporate channels, ensuring brand consistency and tone.\nAssist in developing key messages and storytelling strategies for various audiences.\nSpecial Projects & Analytics\nConduct research to support a variety of communications projects, including gathering background information, identifying relevant trends, and summarizing findings.\nHelp organize project materials, timelines, and input from internal teams.\nTrack performance and analyze results to improve future communications.\nMedia Monitoring & Outreach\nMonitor media coverage and industry news, flag relevant developments, and help prepare regular media monitoring reports.\nSupport media outreach by developing media lists, researching reporters and outlets, and assisting with pitches, interview coordination, and follow-up.\nSpecial Events\nHelp plan and execute internal events, including logistics, communications, and on-site support.\nCreate promotional materials and post-event recaps to drive engagement and awareness.\nCollaboration & Coordination\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to conduct interviews, gather information, and align messaging that supports content development.\nManage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and shifting priorities.\nEnsure all communications reflect Lamb Weston’s brand and values. \n Basic & Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required, in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role (agency experience preferred).\nStrong research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize information, identify relevant trends, and translate findings into clear communications.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nFamiliarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content creation tools.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with web-based tools and analytics platforms is a plus.\nExperience with media monitoring, media relations, or reporter outreach is a plus.\nEnthusiasm for storytelling, team collaboration, and continuous learning. \n Industry-Competitive Benefits\nCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
