You will be responsible for all local food services establishments in south east area mainly in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.\nIn this role you report directly to the France SP Manager and National Account Manager south east. You will become part of the French Sales team. This is a remote role, you will be based in Lyon or Greater Lyon area.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop sales plans, establish call and visit/journey plans and strategies, develop end-users profiles for the relevant market/area;\nProduce periodical sales reports and accurate records on end-users visits, including the sales performance KPIs;\nIdentify and realize new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts and as to agreed new business targets;\nPlan and execute sales promotions and permanent listings, working together with the marketing team;\nMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction through optimal availability, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders and following up on accounts;\nCoach, motivate, train and lead our customers in their knowledge of our products and their features and benefits to allow them to sell our products to a highly successful standard;\nTrain kitchen staff in correct storage, handling and frying procedures for our products;\nContribute to the professional organization and representation of Lamb Weston EMEA at general or customer exhibitions.\nWhat do you bring to the table?\nA Bachelor or Master degree with one or two years of experience in sales, preferably in food, drink, FMCG or Wholesale company or a high school diploma with strong experience in sales and food;\nPreferably living in Lyon Area;\nFluency in French and advanced in English.\nAs a Field Sales Representative you are able to adapt change and bring in out of the box solutions. Furthermore you are perseverant and a strong personality.
