Specific tasks include annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, monthly close procedures and reporting and ad hoc projects. Job Description\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nAct as a co-pilot for the business unit team\nComprehensive understanding of the various business drivers of the assigned business.\nParticipate in month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including ability to communicate key financial and business drivers, resolve risk and opportunities in a timely matter.\nProvide specific, actionable and forward-looking commentary on monthly/quarterly forecasts.\nAssist in the development of the annual business/strategic plan\nProvide comprehensive financial analysis and models for various requests (product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, pricing, etc.) and proactive recommendations to the sales team required to make profitable business decisions and maximize top and bottom line growth\nConstructively challenge and question various business decisions offering alternative recommendations.\nProvide technical and process expertise working cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting within new systems\nProvide ad-hoc analytical support to sales organizations and finance teams\nBasic & Preferred Qualifications\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance \n3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management\nSkills:\nKnowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles\nDemonstrate ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations.\nAbility to present complex financial data using detailed reports and charts to both internal and external audience\nDemonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)\nStrong ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives in an organized and efficient manner\nProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nKnowledge of SAP or other ERP software tools preferred.\nKnowledge of applications such as Domo, Business Objects (or other BI), SQL and Salesforce preferred.\nDemonstrate ability to manage multiple projects & work independently\nExperience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge\nDemonstrate ability to self-motivate and work under limited supervision in a fast paced environment, ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment.\n Industry-Competitive Benefits\nCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
