This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support key commercial decisions. The Financial Analyst will contribute to monthly forecasting, period-end reporting and analysis, annual planning, customer profitability analysis, and the development of financial models that enhance decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for business partners.Job Description\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the key financial, operational, and commercial drivers impacting the National Accounts business\nParticipate in month-end close activities, including reporting, variance analysis, and communication of key financial and business performance drivers\nIdentify and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely manner, providing actionable recommendations to support business objectives\nProvide specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary to support monthly forecasting processes\nSupport SG&A, trade investment, and profitability analysis \nAssist in the development of the annual operating plan and strategic planning processes\nDevelop financial models and perform analysis to support commercial initiatives, product development, customer analysis, pricing strategies, and other business opportunities\nPartner with Sales and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive profitable growth and improve financial performance \nSupport the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibility\nProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to Finance, Sales, and other business stakeholders\nBasic & Preferred Qualifications\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related business functions\nSkills:\nKnowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data into meaningful financial insights and recommendations\nAbility to present complex financial information through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to both financial and non-financial audiences\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify business drivers and develop actionable recommendations\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools preferred\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to solve business challenges and support decision-making\nSelf-motivated with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving business needs\n Industry-Competitive Benefits\nCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
