You’ll operate and maintain automated equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure product quality meets the high standards Lamb Weston is known for.\nThis role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a team setting, and is motivated by hands-on, meaningful work.\n Job Description\nOperate, monitor, and maintain production equipment across multiple stages-receiving, processing, and packaging\nTroubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime\nKeep accurate records of production and equipment data\nAssist with line sanitation and product quality checks\nOperate material handling equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, hand trucks, etc.)\nFollow safety procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards\nSupport continuous improvement and efficiency efforts throughout the plant\n Basic & Preferred Qualifications\nWe’re looking for reliable team players who:\nAre 18 years of age or older\nCan lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work (standing, climbing, twisting, etc.)\nAre comfortable working in confined spaces and on platforms, ladders, and stairs\n Are willing to work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed\nCan read, write, and understand English for safety and communication\nCan wear and properly use all required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)\nBonus if you have:\nExperience in manufacturing, food production, or technical operations\nBasic mechanical skills or experience using tools\nA strong attention to detail and a drive to learn and grow\n Industry-Competitive Benefits\nCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
