You’ll gain access to hands-on training to fuel your growth and success, explore opportunities for new solutions, and you’ll join a winning team of 10,000+ people all dedicated to raising the bar - together.\nIf you have a strong drive for results, a desire to help us bring the world together through our fries, and are ready for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.\nJob Description Summary\nThis position operates and adjusts all process equipment chopped and formed line for smooth and productive operations; monitors lineflow and waste; corrects problems which affect quality and production costs; and makes line changes as directed by the production lead or team leader.Job Description\nObtain work schedule and daily production paperwork, report to the assigned line, complete walk through and prepare for operations. \nPut on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear and perform a safety check on equipment to be used in daily operations and ensure that all safety devices are functioning properly. \nCheck schedule, work orders and bulk product inventory, take oil, blancher and finished product samples to lab as required. \nMonitor the blancher and fryer, complete walk through, take samples, make adjustments, check drains and magnets as required. \nManually dump and / or scoop ingredients and condiments into hoppers according to recipe and pump oil from fryer as required. \nKeep the work area clear and clean, hose down area, sweep / shovel up spills, empty trash and replace liners. \nAt end of shift, secure all equipment, complete all required paperwork, perform general housekeeping and wet clean-up as required. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \n Basic & Preferred Qualifications\nEducation/ Certifications: (Required & Preferred) \nHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred \nLock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification are required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained and must meet certification requirements. \nSkills and Experience: \nEffectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral. (Requirement may vary by location). \nExperience driving forklift in warehouse or manufacturing establishment preferred. \nMust be able to be qualified within time frames established by facility. \nAbility to perform basic math functions, required. \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. \nPhysical Environment/Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. \nExposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature \nExposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours per work day to include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells and allergies \nAbility to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures. \nMust be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. \nRequires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties.
