Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Primary School near Sengkang MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.\nKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in nurturing the e-Learning/ePedagogy culture in the school. \n\nCreate e-learning content e.g. resources for home-based learning \n\nDesign and create digital / interactive resources for teachers e.g. videos \n\n• Conduct ICT-based customised training workshops for staff and students. \n\nProvide software and technical assistance to both staff and students. \n\nCompile student showcase projects. \n\nGuide and coach students through ICT competitions. \n\nProvide assistance in development and research of IT solutions. \n\nWork closely with the HOD ICT to spearhead IT initiatives. \n\nCourses to be Conducted by ICT Educator for classes or small groups of students \n• Touch Typing \n• Cyber Wellness topics \n• E-Learning Portal \n• Utilising Multimedia facilities (Scanner, Digital Camera) \n• Basic photo editing (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) \n• Presentation graphics for MS Word and MS PowerPoint and \n• Microsoft Word (basic and advance) \n• Microsoft Excel (basic and advance) \n• Microsoft PowerPoint (basic and advance) \n• Basic video production \n• Coding in Scratch Junior, Scratch 3.0, Delightex and Microbit \n• Design Thinking Skills \n• Financial Literacy Any other courses as required by school.\nRequirementsRelevant certification in ICT eg.
