One person, one GPU.\nIf you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.\n*Note: This position requires presence in our Salt Lake City Data Center 5 days; shift work\nWhat You'll Do\nEnsure all new server, storage, and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured in accordance with organizational standards.\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues across advanced enterprise systems.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of data center layouts and network topologies within DCIM software.\n\nCollaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to facilitate the timely deployment of systems and execute project plans for large-scale initiatives.\n\nOversee parts depot inventory and track equipment across the complete lifecycle-delivery, storage, staging, deployment, and handoff-within each data center facility.\n\nPartner closely with the Hardware Support team to ensure prompt resolution of data center infrastructure support tickets.\n\nCoordinate with the RMA team to ensure defective components are returned and replacements are ordered efficiently.\n\nAdhere to established installation standards and documentation regarding placement, labeling, and cabling to maintain consistency and operational discoverability across all facilities.\n\nYou\nFamiliarity with critical data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, airflow management, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, DCIM software, structured cabling, and cable management.\n\nProfessional fluency in both English and Spanish.\n\nHigh attention to detail and a proven ability to follow complex technical instructions precisely.\n\nProactive work ethic with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.\n\nWillingness to travel to support the initialization and turn-up of new data center locations.\n\nNice to Have\nPrior experience troubleshooting enterprise server hardware.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of network topology and architecture.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise ticketing platforms, such as JIRA and Zendesk.\n\nHands-on experience with Linux system administration.\n\nExperience working within large-scale, distributed data center environments.\n\nTechnical experience with Supermicro and Nvidia hardware infrastructure.\n\nSalary Range Information\nThe annual base salary range for this position has been established using market data and key organizational factors.
