But we move faster than we document and maintain. We’re growing quickly. Things get out of date, hard to find, or inconsistent in tone. We need someone to own that problem end to end and make sure every piece of employee-facing content is accurate, easy to find, and sounds like it came from the same team.\nThis isn’t a pure technical writing role, and it isn’t a traditional program management role either. It’s both. You’ll write, design, and edit, but you’ll also audit, organize, and measure. If you like bringing order to scattered information and quietly making everyone’s job a little easier (maybe even delightful), this is your gig.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAudit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.\n\nWrite and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.\n\nSet consistent tone, voice, and format across content.\n\nOrganize content so employees can find answers.\n\nFix pages and processes when something isn't working.\n\nTrack usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.\n\nCoordinate with HR, Talent, on shared content.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.\n\nStrong, clear, creative writing and editing skills.\n\nComfort building style guides and content standards.\n\nA sharp eye for content that’s outdated or hard to find.\n\nComfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions.\n\nNice to have: experience with Notion, Confluence, Wikis.\n\nWhy You’ll Love It Here\nYou’ll have a front-row seat to the growth of a company shaping the future of tech, and you’ll have a direct hand in making that growth possible.
