You'll work directly on a variety of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, NDA, and more) alongside corporate transactions like M&A, financing, and public company readiness. Beyond supporting the team's active transaction pipeline, you'll take ownership of several concrete projects designed to modernize how the team reviews and manages contracts.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOpportunity to get hands-on experience working in-house as a generalist supporting the Commercial and Corporate Legal teams at a fast-paced AI infrastructure company.\n\nYou will be a generalist supporting the team on many exciting transactions we have in the pipeline but some additional specific projects we have in mind:\n\nDraft and validate an NDA and vendor-agreement triage playbook with clear GREEN/YELLOW/RED classification criteria and escalation paths\n\nBuild and annotate a clause and template library reflecting Lambda's standard and fallback contract positions\n\nUse Claude or other AI tools to build and test an intake workflow that produces first-pass issue-spot summaries for counsel review\n\nDraft a library of response templates for routine counterparty negotiation asks\n\nAssist with onboarding the company on a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform\n\nYou\nCurrently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)\n\nHave completed contracts coursework, with strong legal writing and analytical skills\n\nAre comfortable working with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, or eager to learn them\n\nAbility to work at least 1 day per week in our San Francisco office\n\nNice to Have\nPrior internship at a law firm or in-house legal team\n\nExperience with corporate and securities law and/or commercial or technology agreements\n\nFamiliarity with contract lifecycle or legal workflow tools\n\nSalary Range Information\nThis is an hourly role, eligible for overtime. The hourly rate for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
