One person, one GPU.\nIf you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.\n*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews and debriefs across the business, including senior leadership positions, with a primary focus on Engineering candidates\n\nServe as the main point of contact for candidate correspondence, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience\n\nPartner cross-functionally with recruiters and internal hiring teams, including senior leadership, to support hiring processes across the business\n\nSupport the planning and coordination of recruiting activities, including complex scheduling and stakeholder alignment\n\nMaintain a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, with an emphasis on discretion, responsiveness, and white-glove service for all candidates\n\nProvide onsite support for our San Francisco office in-person interviews\n\nIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows\n\nMaintain data accuracy and hygiene within our ATS, Ashby\n\nYou\nHave 4+ years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant or related coordination experience\n\nHave strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.\n\nHave demonstrated ATS experience\n\nAre proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)\n\nAre flexible and able to navigate changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving recruitment needs\n\nHave a demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering high-quality service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders\n\nEnjoy using your keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in recruitment coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate data, and coordinating logistics\n\nNice to Have\nExperience directly supporting Engineering hiring teams\n\nExperience working with Ashby ATS\n\nExperience working at a fast paced, high growth company\n\nSalary Range Information\nThis is a salaried non-exempt role, eligible for overtime. The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
