This person will be closely involved in a key company function, working directly with senior leadership and playing a meaningful part in laying the foundation for a strong investor relations program as Lambda grows. It is an ideal role for someone eager to build deep expertise in investor relations, finance, and capital markets.\nWhat You'll Do\nInvestor Communications & Earnings Support\nOwn and maintain the company materials used in investor conversations and capital raises, including investor presentations, company overviews, fact sheets, data room materials, and key metrics, keeping them accurate, current, and consistent.\n\nProvide research, analytical, and administrative support in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including presentation decks, executive briefing documents, Q&A materials, and earnings call support materials.\n\nAssist in the collection, organization, and review of information used in earnings releases, investor presentations, earnings call materials, and other investor communications.\n\nMarket Intelligence & Research\nMonitor industry trends, competitors, capital markets activity, and broader market developments, and summarize key insights for the Investor Relations team and executive leadership.\n\nSupport peer company, market, and competitive analysis through research, data collection, and preparation of recurring reports and summaries.\n\nCompile and summarize analyst commentary, investor feedback, and key themes emerging from investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.\n\nPerform ad hoc research projects on company performance, industry developments, competitors, and capital markets topics.\n\nExecutive & Investor Support\nPrepare briefing materials, background research, meeting agendas, and summaries for executive meetings with investors, analysts, lenders, and other external stakeholders.\n\nPrepare recurring reports and dashboards covering investor activity, market intelligence, peer developments, and other investor relations metrics.\n\nTrack investor interactions, maintain records of meetings and follow-up items, and help ensure timely execution of investor-related requests and commitments.\n\nInvestor Operations\nMaintain investor relations databases, contact lists, and other records supporting investor engagement activities.\n\nSupport the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences, earnings events, and other investor-facing activities.\n\nYou\nHave 2+ years of professional experience in a business, finance, communications, operations, executive support, investor relations, or other analytical environment.\n\nAre highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.\n\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from a variety of sources.\n\nUnderstand core financial concepts and can read, summarize, and evaluate financial statements.\n\nPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nEnjoy conducting research, preparing presentations, and creating materials for executive audiences.\n\nAre comfortable working with senior leaders and maintaining professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders.\n\nHave strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.\n\nAre proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other business productivity tools, and go beyond basic use of AI tools to build skills, workflows, and processes in AI that streamline how the team operates.\n\nThrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are willing to take on both analytical and operational
