As part of the design team, you’ll create exceptional brand experiences for our customers and users.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBe a key contributor to the creation and evolution of our brand identity - creating beautiful and intuitive designs for marketing, product, and internal initiatives.\n\nWork with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive brand and high-quality design outputs.\n\nYou will craft design assets across web, print, and presentation.\n\nManage multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery.\n\nExperiment with new design tools to enhance the brand’s visual appeal.\n\nHelp create and develop design processes that scale with the team.\n\nYou Are\nYou are not a cog in the machine; you’re a people person...but if you could please attach your cover sheets to your TPS reports, that would be greeeaaaat…\n\nYou are a hands-on, full-stack brand designer with expert-level skills in graphic, digital, print, and motion design.\n\nYou possess expertise in refining vector artwork, encompassing logo design, iconography, and illustration.\n\nYou Have a Track Record of\nCreating multiple websites, with a penchant for grid layouts and a sharp eye for typography and font combinations.\n\nCrafting motion assets using prototyping software, 2D motion tools like After Effects or Cavalry, or 3D software.\n\nAdapting your aesthetic output to align with brand guidelines while exploring novel visual directions.\n\nThriving on establishing brands and design systems from scratch, having executed brand refreshes and full rebrands.\n\nDemonstrating agility in iterating designs swiftly within a fast-paced creative setting.\n\nMaintaining a humble approach with a team-first mindset, relishing collaboration within a tight-knit team.\n\nLeveraging data and quantitative insights to drive design decisions.\n\nArticulating the rationale behind design choices and embracing qualitative analysis with a rational, balanced perspective.\n\nBeing adept at providing and receiving constructive feedback.\n\nEngaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical (Product/Engineering and Marketing).\n\nKeeping abreast of industry trends and design methodologies.\n\nFluency with AI tools and prompting to support creative exploration, accelerate workflows, and push visual innovation.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems\n\nYou are a hands-on designer.\n\nExpert-level in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools\n\nHave a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and feedback clearly\n\nYou are experienced with website design, UI/UX, presentation design, print design, event design, and social media design\n\nExperience in a fast-paced environment\n\nLove ideation, iteration, and attention to detail (pixel perfection)\n\nA degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not required\n\nNice to Have\nAdvanced motion/3D skills: animating, compositing, rendering, rotoscoping\n\nPhotography/videography skills: shooting, editing\n\nExperience with creative coding or generative art, especially where design and engineering intersect\n\nExperience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry\n\nSalary Range Information\nThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
