Graphic Designer, Malls

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive In-House Graphic Designer to join the Malls Marketing team, supporting the visual identity and marketing communication of our shopping malls: The Mall Athens, Golden Hall, Designer Outlet Athens and Mediterranean Cosmos.

The role is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and traditional media, ensuring consistency with each mall's brand identity, positioning and marketing strategy.

The Graphic Designer, Malls will be reporting to the Marketing Director Malls.

In detail, the Graphic Designer, Malls will be responsible:

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with the brand identity and positioning of each mall.
• Design and produce digital content for social media, websites, newsletters, CRM campaigns and digital advertising.
• Create visual materials for seasonal promotions, events and brand activations.
• Develop in-mall communication materials, including digital screens, banners and promotional displays.
• Design print and corporate materials, including brochures, invitations, magazines and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual communication across all marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on creative production and artwork delivery.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field. Any postgraduate degree will be considered as a strong plus.
• About 3-5 years of of relevant professional experience in a graphic design role, either in an agency or an in-house corporate environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, creative execution and presentation design capabilities.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including image manipulation, retouching and compositing.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Proven ability to create compelling photomontages by combining photography, graphic elements and digital assets to translate creative concepts into impactful visuals.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and generative AI applications to support visual ideation, image generation, image enhancement and creative production.
• Familiarity with other relevant creative applications and emerging technologies that enhance visual storytelling, content creation and design workflow efficiency.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent use of the English language.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver and After Effects would be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) would be considered an asset.
• In addition to Greek, fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Ability to write and proofread creative copy.
