strengthen LamdaX’s brand presence, execute marketing initiatives, support PR activities, and contribute to business growth and sales.\nThe role combines branding, digital marketing, content, PR, lead generation, and business development support, working closely with management, sales, product, and creative teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nBranding & Marketing\nDevelop and maintain LamdaX’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.\nSupport brand strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.\nResearch market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities.\nDevelop creative concepts and marketing content that increase brand awareness and engagement.\nCoordinate with designers, content creators, copywriters, and other creative resources.\nSocial Media & Content\nManage LamdaX’s social media presence and content calendar.\nCoordinate the creation, review, and publishing of content.\nMonitor performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.\nEnsure all content reflects LamdaX’s brand voice and visual identity.\nPublic Relations (PR)\nSupport PR strategies and initiatives to strengthen LamdaX’s public image and market presence.\nCoordinate PR campaigns, announcements, media materials, and external communications.\nIdentify relevant media, industry, and networking opportunities that increase brand visibility.\nMaintain consistent messaging across external communications and public-facing channels.\nSales & Business Development\nSupport lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives.\nIdentify and qualify potential business opportunities.\nConduct market and customer research to understand target audiences and opportunities.\nAssist with lead follow-up and business development activities.\nCampaign & Project Coordination\nCoordinate marketing projects from concept through execution.\nManage timelines, approvals, revisions, and deliverables.\nTranslate business requirements into clear creative briefs and actionable tasks.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers when required.\nReporting & Performance\nTrack marketing, social media, brand, and lead-generation KPIs.\nPrepare regular performance reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness.\nUse data and customer insights to recommend improvements.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.\n4 years+ of relevant experience in marketing, branding, PR, social media, account management, or a related role.\nPractical experience in brand management and marketing campaign execution.\nUnderstanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and customer engagement.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities.\nCreative thinking combined with commercial and business awareness.\nExperience working with creative teams
