They embed with a customer's team, learn how their business really runs, and ship working software on their systems.\nThey scope the problem, build the solution with our platform, and get it into production. What is learned in the field shapes our product roadmap.\nThis is a Member of Technical Staff / Engineering role which works directly with the founders and our core engineering team.\nWhat you'll do\nEmbed with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, data, and pain points.\n\nDesign and build AI-powered solutions on Salesforce and adjacent business systems.\n\nTake projects from discovery to production, including integrations, data migration, and deployment.\n\nConfigure and extend Laminar's platform for each customer's environment.\n\nBe the trusted technical partner for customer engineering and business stakeholders.\n\nRun demos, workshops, and technical deep dives with customer teams.\n\nTurn field insights into product feedback and reusable components for the core team.\n\nDebug hard production issues across systems you did not build.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years of software engineering experience, with time spent in customer-facing or consulting work.\n\nStrong hands-on Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and the Salesforce data model.\n\nSolid skills in at least one general-purpose language, such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.\n\nExperience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise data.\n\nComfort working with LLMs and AI tools in real production settings.\n\nClear communication with both engineers and business leaders.\n\nHigh ownership. You are comfortable with ambiguity and move fast without waiting for direction.\n\nNice to have\nSalesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Application Architect.\n\nExperience at a Salesforce SI, consultancy, or ISV.\n\nBackground in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience building agents or LLM workflows (Agentforce, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).\n\nPrior startup experience.\n\nWhy Laminar\nWork on real enterprise problems with immediate customer impact.\n\nSmall, senior team.
