This includes monthly financial operating decks, budget presentations and owner requested ad hoc reporting.\nSupports the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecast updates, ensuring proper integration with strategic and capital planning efforts.\nPrepare clear and concise variance analysis and commentary explaining the drivers of variances between actual, forecast and budget.\nAnalyze complex financial and operational data to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes.\nWork with Finance leadership to develop KPIs, generate recurring reports monitoring KPI performance, and communicate results to Finance leadership and senior management.\nOther duties as assigned. \nJob Specifications\nSkills\nStrong interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.\nSolid understanding of financial statements and key financial concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).\nAdvance Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Tableau (or similar BI tools) skill.\nFamiliarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation principle.\nArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to complete financial modeling in Excel with forecasting capabilities.\nStrong attention to detail and deadlines.\nEducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. \nWork Experience\nRequired: Minimum 2 years of experience in an FP&A role.\nRequired: Experience creating dashboards and visual reports in Tableau (or similar BI tools).\nRequired: Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights).\nPhysical RequirementsProlonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.\nHigh
