We are Lamp Rynearson, a team-based engineering, landscape architecture, land planning, and land surveying firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people.
Be the Legacy is an internship program and a valuable opportunity for individuals to gain practical work experience in the AEC field. Offering students, the chance to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world situations, providing a bridge between academic learning and professional practice. What you need:
- Current student at an accredited college or university in a landscape architecture program.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of unique personalities and professional styles.
- Ability to perform self-motivated work, as well as collaborate and contribute to a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
You bring to the team:
- Pursuing a degree in landscape architecture.
- Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
- Apply standard landscape architectural design techniques and procedures.
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Proficiency in software including but not limited to AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, D5, and 3D modeling software such as Rhino or Sketchup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for community-based design projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
