purchases, and IT projects. \nUser and Application Support \nLog, prioritise, and resolve user requests for hardware, software, network, email, and system issues. \nComplete IT setup and access administration for employee onboarding and offboarding. \nSupport Company applications, including the Document Management System and e-Commerce portal. \nAdminister approved user access and conduct basic user training and system guidance. \nSupport regional IT activities and ISO internal audits when assigned. \nTechnology Improvement and Professional Development \nKeep abreast of relevant technologies and recommend practical improvements to security, reliability, and productivity. \nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies or a related discipline.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, server and network support.\nHands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, desktops, laptops, servers, printers and network equipment.\nFamiliar with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routers and switches.\nExperience with CCTV, PABX and door access systems will be an advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAble to work independently and coordinate effectively with users and
