This role will serve as the face of Lamudi across multiple cities for top and local clients, including real estate agencies and property agents. You will build strong partnerships, identify client needs, and deliver the right solutions - create a strong commitment to sales performance while maintaining a “can do” attitude, seeking solutions to problems, and continuously improving. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above - we are builders who don’t mind rolling up our sleeves to overcome challenges together with the team.\nAs a Business Development Associate you will build good partnerships with clients, identify client’s needs and exercising best solutions that work for the client. You will create a strong commitment to drive our sales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seeks solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.\nWhat your day-to-day looks like\nYou will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in selected areas of Jabodetabek, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships\n\nYou will identify and research potential clients, preparing high-quality sales proposals, and presentations, and pitches\n\nYou will identify client needs and apply the right solution to help property clients get more reach\n\nYou will maintain deep knowledge of our traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends within the property industry\n\nYou will implement strategies to expand our market presence while maintaining high-quality deliverables\n\nYou will build connections with property offices and related clients on a daily basis\n\nIs this you?\nA self-starter : You do not wait -
