You will handle first-level support requests, perform remote troubleshooting, and support the Helpdesk team. Your role is critical in delivering a seamless, professional, and impressive client experience. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nCustomer Service Excellence \n\n Provide a friendly, quick, and helpful experience for our clients. \n\n Resolve first-level support requests with urgency and care. \n\n Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. \n\n Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities during client interactions. \n\nTicketing & Documentation \n\n Use and maintain the ticketing system to work on and resolve helpdesk tickets and service requests. \n\n Ensure all work is well-documented and aligned with internal processes. \n\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation. \n\n Split tickets that have several issues into their own individual tickets. \n\n Ensure tickets are actively managed and never left “stale.” \n\nProject Implementation \n\n Assist with project delivery either on-site or remotely, when needed. \n\n Approach tasks with a systematic mindset and a passion for quality. \n\nCommunication & Reporting \n\n Keep clients informed with clear, respectful, and timely communication. \n\n Escalate tickets that require Senior Helpdesk Engineer support. \n\n Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks to the Support Team Manager and clients.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nSkills & Attributes \n\nMust-Have \n\n Strong problem-solving and communication skills. \n\n Technical knowledge of OS, networks, Microsoft 365, VoIP, etc. \n\n Ability to maintain clean, professional workstation setups. \n\n Ability to work independently and with vendors using remote tools. \n\n Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail. \n\n Adaptability in a fast-paced, client-facing IT environment. \n\n A passion for delivering exceptional service and taking pride in your work. \n\nNice to Have \n\n Experience with ticketing systems, RMM/PSA tools. \n\n IT certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, etc.). \n\n Background in MSP or IT support environments. \n\nPackage & Remuneration\nCTC: R 7000 -
