If you would like to join a rapidly expanding business that can offer up good opportunities for career development and professional personal growth, you should apply today and lets talk.\nWhat will be my core responsibilities?\nYou will cover from Cardiff to Brecon and Abergavenny areas carrying out a range of building services work orders, with a focus on carpentry work.\nInstal and make good plasterboard, skirting and boxing in on a range of different spaces.\n1st and 2nd fix plumbing in different hospitality spaces, along with general repairs.\nCarry out a range of decorating projects both internally and externally.\nEnsure all required materials are requested and cross check with the helpdesk to make sure they are delivered to the correct address. \nPurchase additional materials and equipment if necessary.\nLiaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues/challenges on a job.\nConfirm each job meets the required standards and provide paperwork for the clients records.\nUpdate the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation.\nSupport the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid the invoicing process.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nExperience in general Building Services Maintenance work and an NVQ in a trade, ideally carpentry\nWell developed communication skills and able to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders\nAble to produce clear and professional notes and emails\nComfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining accurate records\nA problem solving mindset, with a practical application\nWe are an equal opportunities employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.\nBuilding Communities at Lancer Scott\nAt Lancer Scott, we’re committed to giving back through hands-on support, funding, and partnerships that create lasting impact.
