stories.\nAnalyze, design, and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.\nPrepare process maps, business requirements, and functional documentation.\nSupport release planning, scope management, and product backlog grooming.\nDevelop UAT test scenarios and scripts and facilitate user acceptance testing.\nValidate system functionality to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support product deployment and end-user training.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and solution design.\nStrong requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling skills.\nPractical experience with SQL queries and database analysis.\nExperience with user stories, UAT, stakeholder management, and project delivery.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.\n\nGood to Have\nInsurance domain knowledge, particularly medical claims or member enrolment.\nExperience with international projects involving Korea or Japan.\nJapanese or Korean language proficiency.\nExperience in project planning and delivery in dynamic
