This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability.\n\n- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and others as required.\n\n- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.\n\n- Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.\n\n- Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication.\n\n- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.\n\n- Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes.\n\n- Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities.\n\n- Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes.\n\nQualifications You Must Have:\n\n- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow developer.\n\n- 2+ years experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents.\n\n- Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications.\n\n- Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting.\n\n- Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.\n\n- Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus.\n\n- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies.\n\nQualifications We Prefer:\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\n\n- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\n\n- ITIL Foundation certification.\n\n- CIS -
