Loco Chicken)\nKreative Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches und Always-on-Assets\nDesign von Packaging, POS-Materialien und Offline-Werbemitteln\nErstellung von Social-Media-Assets und Performance Creatives\nAufbau und Pflege von Design-Systemen und Brand-Guidelines\nEnge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Social, Produkt und Operations\nEinbringen von Design-getriebenen Produkt- und Experience-Verbesserungen\nSicherstellung einer konsistenten, hochwertigen Markenwahrnehmung über alle Touchpoints\nOptional: Motion Design für Social, Ads und Produktvisualisierungen\nAbout you\n3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Brand Designer, Art Director oder vergleichbare Rolle\nRelevante Erfahrung in markengetriebenen Consumer-Umfeldern, idealerweise in Food-, Lifestyle- oder Fashion-Brands\nSehr gutes Gespür für Typografie, Layout, Farbwelten und visuelle Hierarchien\nFähigkeit, sowohl kreativ-konzeptionell als auch hands-on operativ zu arbeiten\nHoher Qualitätsanspruch, Detailstärke und Ownership-Mentalität\nErfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams\nSicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design-Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.)\nErfahrung im Einsatz von AI-Tools zur kreativen Content-Generierung und Prototyping (z. B.
