This position will also assist in the maintenance and service on all Homeland security solutions, ranging from intrusion alarms to detection locking systems and more.\nThis role is located in St. Rose, Louisiana. \nIn this role you will...\nUse approved project documents and maps to properly and efficiently install and service all Homeland security solutions.\nPerform needed installs and service through activities such as running electrical wiring in crawl spaces and related activities such as drilling, trenching, etc.\nResponsible for connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment, and security software installation\nInspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures have been met.\nConduct routine maintenance of installed equipment.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.\nTrain customers on proper use and navigation of the software and equipment\nMaintain proper documentation on all work performed and equipment used in accordance with established policies.\nCommunicate and coordinate work efforts with the operations staff and other technicians.\nBuild and maintain a positive rapport with customers.\nComplete Daily Project Reports\nKeep informed of new products and developments.\nPerform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.\nManage a technician crew and job site, as needed.\nMaintain client privacy and confidentiality.\nYou've got what it takes if you have...\nThe ability to travel up to 75%\nClean background\nCurrent driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)\nAbility to pass a state and federal background check to obtain industry licenses and security clearance.\nMust pass pre-employment and random drug screens (Required by State Law)\nFlexible schedule. Must be available for nights/weekend work, as well as out of town - overnight travel, as needed.\nMust have or be capable of acquiring appropriate state licensing.
