Properly maintain paperwork and other documentation of these tasks. Work with the drivers bringing in milk to ensure they follow Kiel Intake policies and are properly cleaning the equipment under their control.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\n6 plus months of solid work experience in any industry\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n18 years or older\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment\nWork in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day\nAdhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nSelf-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision \nEnsures a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks\nCustomer focused and able to work in a collaborative team \nAbility to be flexible in work performed and schedule\nAbility to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills\nAbility to lift/carry up to 55 lbs.\nMust possess or obtain a WDATCP Weigher’s and Samplers’ License before training is completed.\nMust train and pass in plant antibiotic testing procedures to satisfy Appendix N regulations to become and approved Screener for antibiotics in milk before training is completed.\nMust obtain State certification as a Certified Lab Analyst when state training and testing is available.\nMust have the ability to operate computer applications that apply to operations, including but not limited to MPIS\nMust be able to do mathematical calculations\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nExperience communicating with supervisors and co-workers in a team environment.\nPrevious experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus\nKnowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.\nPhysical Requirements for production positions regularly include:\nFrequent movements include walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment.\nWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.\nShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime.\nRoutinely climbing stairs and ladders while performing the duties of this role.\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
